Before and After Photos

Some our recent project include the following:

Kelly R. of Overland Park Kansas

When it comes to detail and customer focus in mind, Diamond Contracting was the contractor of choice for Kelly and her husband Lance.  Kelly sat down with several companies, but in the end because of the thoroughness of the measure call, follow up call, and presentation, these homeowners knew they were dealing with a professional knowledgeable company, right down to the installation team and admin personnel.  Kelly and Lance chose Diamond Contracting to install James Hardie Monterey Taupe Lap Siding and Vented Soffit along with James Hardie Arctic White Fascia and Trim.  Shutters and James Hardie CrownMoulding were the perfect accent for this beautiful home.  These two won't have to worry about their home for decades to come thanks to the professionals that enhanced the beauty of this Overland Park home.

Dave T. of Overland Park

Dave did extensive research and homework to arrive at the decision on whom was going to be the contracting company he would allow to work on his home.  After interviewing several companies who wanted to mix different products and were unable to come up with a design, Dave and his wife felt confident with their contractor of choice. Diamond Contracting delivered a design with Dave and his wife's taste in mind and delivered a complete exterior system from James Hardie Building Products. From the moisture barrier house wrap, to the mounting wall penetration blocks, right down to the paint on the product; it was all from one manufacturer and one exterior installation remodeling company.  Diamond Contracting and James Hardie Siding Products have teamed up on more than 400 homes in the Kansas City with the client in mind.

Troy D. of Overland Park Kansas

Troy was concerned about getting a quality job for a fair price.  Although other contractors came in with lower bid amounts, Troy knew this size and scope of work could not be done at that price in order for quality and expert installation to occur. Diamond Contracting brought it to the table with the right job and specifications for the right price.  The complete exterior was transformed from white hardboard vertical batt-n-board panel siding to James Hardie horizontal Khaki Brown Lap Siding with James Hardie Arctic White Fascia and Trim.  HardieSoffit in Khaki Brown was also used.  New balcony railing and new 6" gutters with leaf protector was the finished touch.  This home has been transformed using Diamond Contracting and James Hardie Products and will last for decades to come.

Gary M. of Kansas City Missouri

Gary had been putting up with leaky walls and water damage for several months.  He had another company come in and install a new window above the bay window.  Needless to say a new window was not the problem and the home continued to leak every time it rained.  Gary picked up the phone and called Wes and Cecilia of Diamond Contracting.  After initial assessment of the front, it was determined that the original stucco on the front from when the home was built was improperly installed.  No kick out flashings and no expansion gaps around windows and doors were in place.  The best solution was to rid the home of the faulty stucco system and go back with a more acceptable material for Kansas City's climate that deals specifically to freeze-thaw cycles.  The solution was James Hardie Monterey Taupe Lap Siding.  The stucco was completely removed and several pieces of substrate plywood was completely shot and replaced.  A moisture barrier HardieWrap was installed behind the existing siding.

George R. of Overland Park Kansas

George had a major renovation done in early 2000's with all new vinyl siding.  Unfortunately the plastic siding did not welcome the changing climates of Kansas City.  The vinyl had to be removed after only ten years of life.  Diamond Contracting added a permanent solution by installing James Hardie Light Mist Lap Siding, James Hardie Arctic White Vented Soffit, Trim and Fascia. ColorPlus baked on factory finish was chosen.  At this time George did not want to have the exterior touched again, so he requested that Diamond Contracting put new Simonton Reflections 5500 Series White Vinyl Replacement Windows in at the same time, and boy did this one turn out way past his expectations.
